Delivery Information
All products designed and manufactured by Brick SpaceTM have the same idea behind them; to be as versatile as possible and so cater for a wide range of LEGO® sets. From LEGO® Microfighters to the largest LEGO® Technic 1:8 Super Cars and LEGO® Minifigure Collections - both large and small.
This keeps the available range very focussed, with limited stock levels of standard products kept and aim to fulfil UK mainland deliveries within 3 – 5 days from order for these in stock items.
If ordering from overseas please email me with details of what you would like and your delivery address and country. I will then search out some delivery costs and forward these on for you to approve prior to ordering.
Typically a trusted local family owned courier service will be used for UK deliveries with overseas deliveries being offered via larger couriers to offer competitive pricing.
Please note postal Insurance doesn’t cover glass in transit and every attempt is made to package products with glass features as securely as possible. The UK courier used has a dedicated fragile service that ensures these products are handled individually away from main conveyor systems giving your product the best chance of arriving undamaged.
If a product is received damaged could you please email me as soon as possible, hello@brickspace.uk, with pictures of the damaged, hopefully unopened package and the courier can be contacted and arrangements made to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
UK Deliveries
Please allow 3 – 5 days to process your order at which point it will be dispatched on a UK mainland next working day delivery service. Please note additional surcharges maybe applicable for UK locations that are oversea or at the extremities of Scotland.

International overseas deliveries
Due to low volumes of product shipping undertaken and the continually changing current affairs of the world, prices and transit times appear to be varying on a daily basis. With this please, if you are overseas and wish to place an order, email me hello@brickspace.uk and I can arrange an accurate up to the minute shipping cost. If you have a known shipping company in your location that is more reliable than others please let me know and will try to get best prices from them.
Please be aware that the purchaser will be liable for any VAT, tariff, duty taxes, handling fees, and customs clearance charges required by the destination country for importing consumer goods, unless possible to arrange these with the shipping company prior to dispatch.
Quality and Returns
Brick SpaceTM products are manufactured out of a shared factory based in High Wycombe, England. The factory is owned by a specialist vacuum former, Interform Manufacturing Ltd which is where I work for my day job.
The manufacturing processes used to make Brick SpaceTM products are at the core of Interform’s business. A company trusted by all corners of industry from medical suppliers through to some of the largest UK based global luxury yacht brands and all in between. This should hopefully give the assurance that your Brick SpaceTM product will be manufactured to acceptable industry standards. In doing so achieving the highest quality possible within the manufacturing process.
If however you are unhappy with your purchase, or a manufacturing defect is found, could I ask that you please contact me in the first instance before posting on social media or leaving an online review?
Being the owner and sole employee of the business, I am heavily reliant on positive customer experiences and word of mouth - and am conscious of the damage a negative customer experience could cause. I am confident that any issues should be quickly resolved.
Returns are accepted if the product is unwanted, but the purchaser will be liable for return delivery costs and ensuring the product is securely packaged. A refund will be agreed in writing prior, but please note this will be less a 5% restocking fee to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees, taken at the point of the original transaction.
In the event of a manufacturing defect occurring, agreed in writing prior, a full refund will be offered with the purchaser being liable for return costs and ensuring the product is securely packaged.
It is recommended to use a delivery service that offers tracking and proof of delivery, as until the parcel is received by Brick SpaceTM it will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
